Privacy Policy
Scope
This policy describes what Ceiling Leak Help Team collects when someone visits ceilingleakwhattodo.info or calls the number shown on it, and how that information is used.
What is collected
A call can record the caller's phone number, the date and time, the length of the call and an approximate location. A visit can record an IP address, browser type, device details and the pages viewed. Payment card, bank and Social Security details are never asked for.
How it is used
Details are used to place service calls with a restoration company, review call quality, learn how the pages perform, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.
Who sees it
The caller's number, location and description of the damage go to the restoration company handling the job. Telephone, hosting and analytics providers receive what they need to do their work. Information is also released when a court order or a safety emergency requires it.
Cookies
Pages may use cookies or similar tools to count visits and keep features working. A browser can block or clear them, and the pages still load.
Keeping and protecting data
Records stay on file for as long as the purposes above or the law require. Reasonable safeguards are in place, but no method of storing or sending data is completely secure.
Your choices, children and changes
Residents of some states can ask to see, correct or delete personal information held about them by calling (888) 527-9134. The pages are written for adults, and no data is knowingly collected from children under 13. An updated policy takes effect once it is posted.
